To increase membership during the their Fall membership drive, AAA CAROLINAS offered Mrs. Fields Cookie Book to 500,000 prospective members in the Carolinas.

When a new customer joined AAA CAROLINAS within 10 days of the membership offer, they received a complimentary Mrs. Fields Cookie Book.

GM MASTERCARD

Williams-Sonoma Pasta Cookbook was offered absolutely free to MONEY Magazine subscribers that accepted a pre-approved GM MasterCard.

LANDMARK CREDIT UNION

During 2000-2001 Landmark Credit Union offered an Easy Home Improvement book with any new home equity loan. This program enticed homeowners to open a home equity line of credit and gave them home improvement ideas to encourage activation of the line of credit.

YWCA CENTERS

The YWCA Centers for Home Ownership have been using Home Repair and Improvement Books since 1994 as a learning tool for the participants of the YWCA Home Ownership program. The books are used in home improvement classes and given to the participants at the end of the course.
